How the seal works

Suction only builds if the base seals properly, and that is what the removable silicone sleeve is for. It softens the contact point against the body while keeping the seal airtight, so the vacuum you pump holds where you put it. The base measures 7cm / 2.78in across and the tube opening is 6cm / 2.36in wide, which is roomy enough to sit over the shaft without pinching. The sleeve lifts off, so you can clean beneath it properly rather than wiping around the edge.

Stepless control in one hand

There are no preset power levels here. The pressure is whatever you pump it to. The pull-down trigger sits in a T-handle grip 5.5cm / 2.17in wide, and the pump body stands 7.5cm / 2.95in tall, so the pump stays manageable in one hand while the other stays free. Beginners can build pressure slowly, and experienced users can work up to the pressure they are used to without a setting getting in the way.

Tracking progress with the ruler

Vacuum training is gradual, which is why the tube is clear and a ruler runs down the front. You read the measurement when you finish a session and set it against the last one, so you have a number to work from and a reason to keep sessions consistent.

The quick-release valve

The valve is the part that decides whether pumping feels safe. It sits within reach of the grip, and a single press releases all the vacuum at once, so the tube comes away immediately instead of bleeding down slowly. That matters most when you are new to penis enlargement training. You always have a fast way out.

What is in the box

The kit arrives in a MEN POWERUP color gift box with three black silicone rings in sizes S/M/L and one pink sleeve. The rings are silicone rather than stiff rubber, so they rest against the skin instead of digging in, and having three sizes means you can change the fit as you work out what suits you. The flexible corrugated hose between the tube and the hand pump lets you angle the handle wherever it is easiest to reach.

Materials, cleaning and care

Everything that touches the body is medical grade, and the set carries CE and RoHS marks. The tube is medical ABS, the base and rings are medical silicone, and the hose is medical safe PVC. Nothing is motorised, so there is nothing to charge and the pump works whenever you pick it up. Rinse the tube after use, air dry it, and keep the set away from direct sunlight.
